    Getting started with AP jiu jitsu is easy!

    At AP Jiu Jitsu, we’re all about helping you or your child train in a safe and supportive environment. That said, we know that Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo, MMA, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning, and other martial arts involve physical contact and come with some risks, like bumps, bruises, or even more serious injuries.
